  DO NOT use this company!

  “The service Thompson tree services completed at my home was very poor and I would not recommend them to anyone. The crew that came not only did not do what was estimated, they left debris everywhere including empty water bottles and limbs and wood chips. They were not professional and did a very poor job. I contacted the owner after they completed their work and asked them to return and trim the trees they were supposed to, he agreed they didn't complete what was estimated and that he would return - they never did! In addition, there was a large estimate for a tree that was never touched. Please use someone else so you don't loose hundreds of dollars with a poor and unprofessional service.”

  “Reyn Smith (the owner) bid the job, scheduled the remova,l showed up and then asked for significantly more than the bid he himself gave. Would not recommend this person due to the shady way of doing business and unwillingness to stand by his bid.”

  Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable

  “I've used Gray Owl at several properties I managed 2-3 years ago. The owner found me cost-saving and creative solutions several other vendors didn't discover and was always extremely professional and did the work when he said he would. Never left a mess, either! I am going to be using them for my new company in the next month due to the excellent service I received. I highly recommend Gray Owl!”
