“Phillip stopped by and told my husband that 3 of our young trees needed to be topped. He had the work done. I have checked on line for reasons for tree topping and it is to be used as a last ditch attempt to save a tree. Our tree are young and not near power lines. If they survive they will forever be disfigured. ”
