Guy Meilleur is ISA Board-Certified Master Arborist #SO-0284. He is a former curator and lecturer at NC State University, Instructor at Duke University, and staff arborist at the University of North Carolina. Guy chaired the ANSI A300 committee that created the US standard for tree inspection and root management. Applying 55 years of experience, Guy researches, practices, and presents tree care strategies around the world. Historic Tree Care values and manages veteran trees. Services include community education, expert witness testimony, diagnosis, appraisal, report writing and review, flare care, soil building, installing lightning and support systems, pest management, and pruning to improve tree health, stability, and longevity.
